A central lobby greets each guest as you step into the historic 1913 Badin Inn. Comfortable furnishings sit in front of the fireplace and a complimentary computer kiosk is not too far off. Each of the guest rooms in this non-smoking Inn feature a mix of period furnishings and modern amenities for guest comfort. All accommodations have a private bathroom and include A/C and heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, cable TV, wireless hi-speed internet, DVD player and CD Clock Radio. Each room is named after a person with special significance to the club and resort including Donald Ross, Ellis Maples, Mae West, Adrien Badin, Sam Snead, Johnny Palmer, Dugan Aycock and more. Guests may also use the new fitness center, sit on a Carolina rocking chair on the front porch, enjoy the 155,000 gallon 9 foot deep swimming pool, play on one of the 4 lighted Har-tru clay tennis courts, use the practice putting green and make tee times on the 18-hole golf course and driving range. The second floor Adrien Badin suite is named after the first president of the French aluminum company which created the town and built the Inn in 1913. This two-room suite features a new King size 4-poster bed in a private bedroom and a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A private bathroom, A/C, heat, wireless internet, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board and cable TV are also included and mixed with period furnishings.

Ellis Maples was one of the most prominent golf course designers in the world when he redesigned the golf course at Badin in 1960. This suite features a new Queen size bed in a private bathroom separated by a short hallway to the living room where a pull-out Queen size sleeper sofa is mixed with period furnishings. A private bathroom is off the hallway. Included in this suite is A/C, heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, cable TV and wireless hi-speed internet.

The Mae West guest room is named for this famous star after she performed at the old Badin Opera House with W.C. Fields in the 1930's. They stayed at the Inn, then known as the "Badin Hotel," but which room(s?) they stayed in are unknown. This small, but comfortable guest room includes a private bath, A/C, heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, cable TV, wirless internet and a great frilly brass Queen size bed!

In 1924, the members of the newly formed Badin Golf Club hired Mr. V.C. Edminster to construct a golf course on land donated to them by Alcoa. This was just the 19th golf course to be built in NC. The nearest golf course at the time was in Pinehurst and local lore has it that Mr. Edminster got some help from Mr. Donald Ross, who lived in Pinehurst, just a short drive over the Uwharrie Mountains to the sandhills region. This guest room named for Mr. Edminster is good looking, masculine and comfortable. It includes a King sized bed, private bathroom, A/C, heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, cable TV and wireless internet. There is also a great view toward the village of Badin.

Four new condos on the third floor of the clubhouse feature a mix of sleeping configurations from two double beds to queen size and king. Each unit has a private bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and living room. Two of the condos also feature a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa.

Historic 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouse units available for those guests who are looking for full size living accommodations. Townhomes have living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and 2 or 3 bathrooms.
